Returns and Exchanges Eligibility: 1.1. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the customer has received an incorrect item. 1.2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. 1.3. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns or exchanges.

Reasons for Returns or Exchanges: 2.1. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 2.2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance.

Return Process: 3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at return@eagaimages.net or eagaimages@gmail.com. Provide the necessary details, including the order number, reason for return or exchange, and any relevant information. 3.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. 3.3. Please securely package the item, including all original accessories and documentation if applicable. 3.4. Ship the return item to the provided address, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package. 3.5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. 3.6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

Refund and Exchange: 4.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 4.2. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Customer Responsibilities: 5.1. Ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. 5.2. Retain proof of shipment until the return process is complete. 5.3. Cover any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
