Warranty

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the rights, obligations, and limitations for the warranty coverage provided for the devices purchased from Eaga Images By purchasing a device and opting for the warranty, whoever purchased agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Definitions
  a. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to    Eaga Images.
  b. “You” and “your” refer to the purchaser of the device and the warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage
  a. The warranty coverage period shall vary from device to device(refer to the product page) from the purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later. This coverage period includes the manufacturer’s warranty period if applicable.

  b. The warranty coverage is applicable only to devices purchased from Eaga Images.

3. Covered Devices
  a. The warranty coverage applies to consumer IT, electrical or electronic appliances, and accessories products purchased from Eaga Images.
  b. The coverage is subject to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.

4. Warranty Services
a. During the warranty period, we will provide repair services for mechanical and electrical defects in the device as outlined below.
  b. Repair services will be provided in Malaysia and are applicable only to devices used in Malaysia.

5. Exclusions
The warranty coverage does not apply to:
  a. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  b. Consumable parts and accessories.
  c. Non-operating defects that do not affect the core function of the device.
  d. Liquid  damaged , unauthorized repair.
  e. If the warranty seal is broken.
  f. Any acts of nature or external forces are expressly not covered.

6. Claim Process
  a. To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and notify us within a warranty time of discovering the defect.
  b. We may require additional information or evidence to validate the warranty claim.
  c. You may be responsible for any applicable excess or deductibles associated with the warranty claim.

7. Limitations
  a. The warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the device, at our discretion.
  b. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price paid for the device.

8. Termination
  a. This Agreement may be terminated if you breach any of its terms or conditions.
  b. Termination does not affect any warranty claims made prior to the termination date.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the warranty coverage and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
