Condition Guide
Condition Guide
When it comes to selling devices online, it is important to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the device’s condition to our customers. Grading devices helps set clear expectations for buyers and ensures transparency in the online sales process. Here is a device grading guide for Eaga Images Online Store:
New Sealed Box
The new sealed box is a brand new item fully sealed by the factory.
New in Open Box
New in an open box similar to the brand new item but the box is unsealed.
Excellent Condition
Excellent Condition devices are considered line new or close to new devices. These devices have minimal signs of use and are in mint condition. They may have been used once or twice in their life-cycle and are rare to find in the world of refurbished technology. Excellent condition devices are free from scratches, wear, or any visible defects. They are certified pre-owned, mint, certified refurbished, or OEM refurbished products.
Good Condition
Good condition devices show some signs of being used but are still in great condition. They may have a few minimal small dings or barely visible wear. However, if a device has more than two signs of use, it automatically moves to a Fair condition.
Fair Condition
Fair condition devices are the most common grades in the IT industry. They exhibit average wear with some surface-level scratches and minimal small dings. While they may have moderate wear, one to two deeper scratches, and some pitting, dings, and dents, they are still in functional condition
