We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange a purchased item. 1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:
1.1. We accept returns for brand-new items or exchanges for per-owned items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
1.3. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Reasons for Returns or Exchanges:
2.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance.
2.2. Incorrect Item Received: In the event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
2.3. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer a return or exchange option. Please note that return shipping fees may apply, and the item must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
3. Return Process:
3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at return@eagaimages.net or eagaimages@gmail.com. Provide the necessary details, including the order number, reason for return or exchange, and any relevant information.
3.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
3.3. Please securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original accessories and documentation if applicable.
3.4. Ship the return item(s) to the provided address, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.
3.5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
3.6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange as per the applicable guidelines.
4. Refund and Exchange:
4.1. Refund: If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4.2. Exchange: If you choose to exchange the item, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. The replacement item will be shipped to you at the earliest possible time, subject to availability.
